Building Volleyball Skills & Community

At Peninsula Volleyball Academy, we are committed to building a positive, high-energy training environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and inspired to grow. Our program focuses on accountability, consistency, and fostering a strong work ethic, helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, and a passion for the game.

Backed by a coaching team with firsthand experience playing at the collegiate and university levels, we bring knowledge, perspective, and a competitive edge to every session.

MEET YOUR COACH

Claire Liaros is a passionate and dedicated volleyball coach based on the Saanich Peninsula, with over 10 years of coaching experience developing athletes of all skill levels. She is the Head Coach and Coordinator of Peninsula Volleyball Academy and also coaches with the Peninsula Spirfires Volleyball Club, bringing a strong background in athlete development, teamwork, and leadership to every practice.

As a former volleyball athlete with the Camosun Chargers, Claire brings firsthand competitive experience and a strong understanding of the game to her coaching.

Claire focuses on creating a positive, supportive environment where athletes can build confidence, refine their skills, and develop a love for the game. Her coaching style emphasizes fundamentals, communication, and growth both on and off the court.
